From our first meeting over coffee at Doddington Hall Café, we knew this wedding was going to be something memorable.
Millie and Cole balance each other perfectly. She is calm, composed and detail-focused, while Cole brings energy, confidence and a sense of fun.
Together, they are effortless.
We could not wait to capture their day.
The Venue: Doddington Hall
Doddington Hall is one of Lincolnshire’s most iconic wedding venues.
With its Elizabethan architecture, beautifully maintained gardens and rich history, it provides a setting that feels both grand and welcoming.
We have photographed many weddings here over the years, and it never loses its impact. Every time, it offers something new.
The Wedding Day
The morning set the tone straight away.
Bridal prep was calm and relaxed, while Cole and his groomsmen brought a more energetic atmosphere. Moving between the two gave the day a great balance right from the start.
What stood out most was the connection we had built with Millie and Cole. It carried through naturally, making everything feel easy and genuine.
A Ceremony Full of Emotion
As guests gathered inside the hall, the anticipation built.
Then came one of the most powerful moments of the day.
Before walking down the aisle, Millie’s voice played through the room. Her words were personal, emotional and completely captivating. You could feel the impact instantly, especially on Cole.
It set the tone perfectly.
As they made their exit, Cole dipped Millie with complete confidence, bringing a huge reaction from everyone in the room.
Making the Most of the Day
The weather had been a concern in the lead-up, but aside from a few moments, it held out beautifully.
After an incredible confetti walk, we kept family photos quick and natural before heading off for portraits.
One thing couples often ask is how long we need for creative photos.
The answer is simple. Give us 15 minutes and we will create something special.
A Day Full of Moments
Cole had one more surprise planned.
A fly-by with a message for Millie appeared overhead, creating a moment that nobody expected and nobody will forget.
From there, the day flowed into speeches, laughter and a packed evening.
Even with an England quarter-final happening, the energy never dipped. If anything, it added to the atmosphere and made the celebration even more memorable.
